What would you say is the most important tool or technique that has been the most successful for you to get your creative juices flowing for writing? Thanks!

For me, there's no tangible tool; however, I rely heavily on inspiration itself to stir up the creative juices or creative flow. Ususally, I only write when I'm inspired to tell the story, whether that's through fiction, poetry, song, shorts. I've gone months, even years, without touching a story that I may have started because the inspiration is not there. I think I create best when I know what I want to say rather than trying to force something to come.

I usually get a lot of ideas watching people while I walk in the streets. The sounds, the shapes, the colours, the expressions... even the way in which a girls breasts bounce while they walk can be a great source of inspiration for me.
